Identify theft is a growing concern for many people and has become one of the fastest growing crimes in the United States.  When someone steals personal information such as a social security number, credit card number, drivers license number, user id, pin, password, etc. it can create extreme problems for the victim.  A person’s reputation and credit can be damaged as a result from identity theft.  Listed below are a couple links concerning identity theft and what a consumer can do to protect themselves and what to do if it would happen to them.
