Attaining age 55 or better
Having an F & M Community Bank Checking Account
Maintaining a required minimum balance of $1,500 in a combination of checking and savings accounts or depositing $5,000 in a Certificate of Deposit.
A joint account will cover both husband and wife. (A $15.00 monthly membership fee may be paid in lieu of the deposit requirements.)
